The whole point of speed dating is to meet people that you actually want to see again!

Coach Mobley’s Speed Dating is not only an opportunity to meet a potential partner, but just as importantly it is a safe and easy way to meet new people, make new friends and have a great time!

When was the last time you had an opportunity to speak with like-minded people all night? Well, at Coach Mobley’s Speed Dating that’s pretty much all you do. Sit back and enjoy ten or more dates, have a few laughs, be impressed and play the relationship game. At the end of the night you choose who you would like to see again. It could be more than one. Details are only exchanged if both parties are interested. The rest is up to you. Coach Mobley’s Speed Dating could be the most rewarding game you ever play. After all, if love isn’t a game, then why are there so many players?

A Coach Mobley Speed Dating event is like a party where you meet 10-15 single men or women. You spend 7 minutes chatting with each of your dates — just enough time to figure out who you’d like to see again. Before you know it you’ve dated 10-15 people in one night!

The following day we’ll email you the contact details of the people that liked you too. You make the contact from there. There’s no pressure and no expectations – we do all the hard work. All you have to do is sit back and have a great time!

At The Event

All you need to do is show-up at the venue at the right time! You’ll see signs pointing you to the private area where the event will take place. You’ll be greeted by your host who will make sure you’ve got a complimentary non-alcoholic drink and explain how the evening will work. (You will have the opportunity to order additional adult beverages and munchies.)

Before the event is under way you will be given a personal match card where you write down the names of your dates and put either a yes or no next to each name. There is no limit to the number of “yes’s” you choose and your choices are just between you and Coach Mobley. If you have put a “yes” to someone who has also put a “yes” to you, that’s a match! You will receive an email the next day giving you the names and contact details of the people you matched with. You take it from there!

After The Event

Before you leave the event your host will collect your personal match folder. Your host will enter the information into our software which will calculate the mutual matches. Remember, a match is when you’ve indicated that you’d like to see someone again and they like you too! We’ll send you an email the day after the event with the contact details of the people you’ve matched with – there could be more than one! We expect more than 90% of our guests to match with at least one other person.

There’s no awkwardness – you both know you like each other – so you can get in touch and arrange another date!

Refunds

Please understand that planning a Coach Mobley Speed Dating event is a highly customized, time-consuming process. Your place cannot be reserved or confirmed until payment has been received.

Here is Coach Mobley Speed Dating cancellation policy in detail:

If you have pre-paid for an event you are eligible to have your fee refunded at any time prior to a response email being sent to you.

Once you have been sent a response email you are no longer eligible for a refund.

If you have paid to attend an event you are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. If an event is cancelled or falls short of our very high standards in some other way, the only recourse available to you is to attend another event at no charge.

People that fail to show up once they have confirmed are also degrading the experience for the other guests: If you know you’re not going to be there, please let us know out of consideration for the other guests.

Invitations

We plan for between 16 and 24 singles, with equal numbers of men and women, booked into our speed dating event. You can expect to have between 8 and 12 dates during your Coach Mobley Speed Dating event.

Event Cancellation

If we are not able to fill an event we will reschedule the event. You will be notified of the new date by email the day before the event (unless we have an unusually large number of people canceling on the day of the event in which case we will notify you on the day). If this new date is not convenient you will be offered the opportunity to wait for the next suitable event.

We recognize that our guests look forward to attending our events and that postponing an event can be extremely frustrating. Please be assured that we make every effort to ensure that all events proceed as planned and only cancel an event when we are confident that the experience for our guests would not be up to the normal high standard. Coach Mobley’s Speed Dating relies on there being a generally equal number of men and women and if there is a significant difference in the number of men and women, or there just aren’t enough people overall then we prefer to choose the lesser of 2 evils and postpone the event.

Prices

The cost to attend each event is specified on your registration Page. However, prices and service offerings can change at any time without prior notice. The price will be displayed on the payment page prior to entering credit card details. All payments are in US dollars.

Coach Mobley Speed Dating sometimes takes photographs for publicity purposes. These images may appear in our printed publications, member newsletters and on our website. By registering for our event you are providing permission to Coach Mobley to use your image(s) and likenesses taken at events in publicity material (newsletter, web page, power points, etc).

The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website.

Your name, email address, and telephone number are confidential. We will maintain this information in our secure database. We may use it to facilitate your user experience with our website, as well as, when necessary, to contact you. Your e-mail address will also be stored in our secure database, and we may use this address to contact you with announcements and information regarding events. We will provide your contact information to individuals with whom there is a mutual match. We will not sell or provide your contact information to any other organization that may be interested in making unsolicited contacts.

Credit Information

When signing up for an event using a credit card, you will be asked to provide additional financial information such as your credit card number, expiration date and billing address. We use encryption technology to protect your credit card information while in transit, via the Internet, to our servers.

We may use ‘cookies’ to simplify the user’s experience. If you set your browser to reject cookies, the Service may not function properly. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. Is this site secure?

A. Absolutely! Transmission of your credit card details over the Internet uses secure encryption techniques. This is same technique that banks use.

Q. What kind of people will I meet?

A. Our guests tend to be single professionals. Speed dating is still a relatively new concept, so our guests are the early adopters that try out new things before the rest of society.

Q. What time do the events begin and end?

A. Most of our speed dating events begin at 6:00p.m. and end at 9:00 p.m. There is a 15 minute break half way through the event.

Q. Are there always equal numbers of men and women at these events?

A. We go to great lengths to ensure that we have an equal number of men and women at each of our speed dating events. We also ask people to let us know if they can no longer make it as we can usually fill a space, even at the last minute. Nevertheless, not everyone lets us know if they can no longer make it, so from time to time there will be unequal numbers, despite our best efforts.

Q. Do I need to pay upfront?

A. Yes. We do not accept registrations at the event.

Q. What age groups do you cater for?

A. This varies from event to event. We only cater to age groups where there is sufficient demand. In the larger cities we cater for people aged 20 – 65, in the smaller cities we typically cater for people aged 23 – 45. (Please note that these are guidelines only and actual age ranges vary by city and over time).

Q. What’s the dress code?

A. We will send you some dress guidelines in our confirmation email. Generally, we suggest that you dress to impress!

Q. How soon after registering will I be sent my email confirming registration?

A. You will normally receive an email from us within one hour. If you have not received an email from us within one hour, please contact us at SpeedDatining@CoachMobley.com .

Q. I have registered and paid but have not received an email from you. Why not?

A. There are 2 possibilities here.
· Firstly, if you’ve submitted a Hotmail or Yahoo email address it could be that invitations from Coach Mobley are being diverted to your junk mail folders. Please add Coach Mobley to your address book.
· Secondly, if you’re using a Hotmail or Yahoo email address it could be that your inbox is full. If your inbox is full incoming mail cannot be delivered.

Q. How soon after the event will I receive my matches?

A. Matches are emailed to participants within 48 hours.
Usually they will be sent before midday the day after the event, however if there is some following up needed it can take a little longer.

Q. How will my matches contact me?

A. We’ll provide your matches with the email address or phone number you gave us for matches when you registered. You can select how you would like to be contacted.

Q. Who calls Who?

A. We encourage both parties to call or email each other. Remember, you already know the other person is interested in meeting you!

Q. What’s the average match rate for Coach Mobley’s Speed Dating?

A. While each evening is unique and match rates vary, our average evening produces a match rate of 90%! Most people average around 3 matches per event.

Q. What if I need to cancel?

A. Please see our Refunds & Disclaimer information for our cancellation policy.

Q. Will you run special Coach Mobley Speed Dating sessions for private groups?

A. Yes! Coach Mobley will be happy to come to the location of your choice and run a speed dating party just for your members. Just send an email to SpeedDating@CoachMobley.com with some information about your group and we’ll take it from there.

Q. What if I have a credit card, but don’t want to pay online?

A. If you prefer not to pay online you may choose to make a payment by mail. The check must be made out to “MOBLEY TRAININGS” and must be received by us 14 days before the date of our event. Remember you still need to complete the registration form to become eligible to attend the event. Mail your check so that it is received Not Later Than 14 days before the date of the Coach Mobley’s Speed Dating event to:
